Listerine Total Care Mouthwash

Mom Central and Listerine sent our family a bottle of their Total Care Anti-Cavity mouthwash to try out. I was excited to try it out for these reasons:

• Helping to prevent cavities
• Restoring enamel
• Strengthening teeth
• Killing of bad breath germs
• Freshening breath
• Fighting unsightly plaque above the gum line

I will say that the first few times my mouth BURNED! The bottle says to rinse for a few minutes, but I only lasted about 20 seconds. After a few days that feeling went away and I was able to rinse for the full two minutes. Our dentist had recently suggested we start using a mouthwash because of our tight teeth so I am curious to see what she says during our next visit.

Wesley really wanted to try it, but it's only for children aged 12 and older.
