Electrolux Magic
I have never cooked a turkey in my life. One reason is because we never have Thanksgiving in my incredibly small house. Yes, I know people can eat turkey on other days, but we tend to only consume it on Turkey Day! My other reason is that it really scares me. I have heard so many horror stories about turkeys being burned, undercooked, still frozen, dry, etc. I just don't have the patience or the need to work that hard only to be left with a mess on my hands and some upset dinner guests.
The folks over at Electrolux have now solved that problem for me. Can you believe they have this little gadget in their ranges called the "Perfect Turkey Button"? It's a probe that ensures a a perfectly browned and juicy turkey every time.
Of course these babies are expensive so If you want to WIN one head over to Kelly Confidential to enter your "turkey tale". You can post a video, picture, or a story. You can even enter all three to increase your chance of winning.

Great post! It is so true that the only day I really eat Turkey is on thanksgiving. It makes me too tired to eat it any other time
Yeah, cooking a turkey is scary for me too!
I'm in love! Thanks for sharing. :)
I don't have a turkey tale.. LOL LOL LOL... But cooking things don't scare me... My house isn't tiny.. but it's not huge either... we've never hosted our whole family here but that's because... well a certain family member has his nose stuck in the air.. and our house isn't "good enough"... little does he know.. his isn't the best either.. LOL LOL.. shhh don't tell anyone though!! We've hosted T.G. with friends though.. and it's been a BLAST!!
