Weigh In
My weekly weigh for Weight Watchers was yesterday. I am still the same weight. Not feeling too bad about that since it's only week two! I have been following Michael's work out he put together for me but that is only for strength. I need to find a way to get some cardio exercise into my daily routine. One option is Curves in the next town over. I am not a huge fan of curves, but it's the only "gym" close by. I left a message with them today to find out their hours.
