Hope to be back soon
Lani is still not doing so well. Her chest is soooo congested and there is nothing that I can give her. I am going to get in touch with a homeopathic specialist tomorrow to see if there is anything they can do for her. I can tell that the antibiotic has cleared up the ear infection, but the cold is hanging on. For now she is sleeping a lot during the day and just wanting to cuddle her Mommy. Lani climbed up in my lap twice today and just fell sound asleep. It was so nice, but I wish it wasn't because she is feeling so bad. Lani actually took 4 1/2 hours worth of naps today. This is not like her at all, but I hope that it is what she needs to heal. Michael and I have been taking turns at night when she wakes up coughing and crying for us. All we need to do is lay her back down and make sure she can find her cup of water.

I have a lot of Christmas photos to upload, but there is not much time when Lani wants to be in my lap at all times. They will come soon, I promise. Of course, I will have many more for you all:) Now I must be off to bed since I have a feeling it is going to be a L.O.N.G night.

Awe! I am still sick too, I can barely talk, I wish I had a mommy's lap to crawl onto and sleep.

Seriously take her out into the cold for a walk, it really helps with chest congestion. I do it with my kids and myself.
Poor little sweetie.
I just went through this with my 14month old. She ended up having to use a nebulizer every couple of hours in order to clear up her chest congestion. And for days and nights she had to be held upright in order to get any sleep. She's finally just starting to feel better now.
Isn't it the most helpless feeling in the world? You just want to make them feel better and you can't. I sure hope Lani feels better soon and everyone gets some sleep.

I hope she feels better soon! I've done some homeopathic stuff with Tate and it REALLY worked, s hopefully it works for Lani too! I'd definitely recommend it!
