Wesley's Bday Party

Here are some photos from Wesley's birthday party that we had with some close friends and family! I made the cake, but Michael did the decorating. I was not pleased with his color choices, but what could I do? LOL! Next time I know that you can't get a nice dark black using white frosting and black dye! Wesley was happy with the grey though:) Michael painted the letters with corn syrup and red food coloring. I will say that now I know why so many cake decorators use fondant. It's much prettier and smoother!!
