Taco soup recipe

Still going to the gym and loving it. I missed Wednesday night, but I did manage to do some squats (ouch) and crunches. Our friends came over and brought the yummiest taco soup. A cup of it is only 2 points on Weight Watchers. Not that I am following that diet, but I still pay attention to the point values of some food. Out of habit maybe? Our friends are vegan and made this soup using "fake meat"! I couldn't even tell the difference. We will use ground turkey when we make it again. Here is the recipe for those who are interested:

-2 cups Harvest Burger Crumbles (This is the fake meat)
-1/2 pkg taco seasoning mix (I would add a little more)
-2 cups water
-1 large onion-chopped
-1 can hominy
-1 can corn
-1 16oz can vegetarian baked beans
-1 can pinto beans
-1 can stewed tomatoes
-1 can of diced tomatoes w/ chilis
-1 pkg ranch salad dressing powder (Melissa didn't use this since it's not vegan)

*Drain hominy,corn and pinto beans. Saute onions in a 4 quart or larger dutch oven w/ nonfat cooking spray for a few minutes and add all the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15-30 min or until onions are soft. Then add to crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
