I just picked up a Womans Day magazine that has been lying on my floor untouched for weeks.
I found a great article:

I knew it would be the perfect addition to this blog!
And because some of them have ingredients I have never heard or ingredients I am sure won't please your belly I will post 25 of the ideas!
POWER UP ON PROTEIN
1. Turkey roll ups
2 slices white meat turkey rolled in 2 lettuce leaves ::46::
2. 1/2 C plain fat-free yogurt sprinkled with 1 tsp sunflower seeds ::49.6::
3. 2 large hard-cooked egg whites with 1 C slices cucumber ::48::
SOLID STANDBYS
4. 1/2 C melon with 2 Tbsp 1% cottage cheese ::47::
5. 1/3 C blueberries w 1 Tbsp light sour cream ::47::
6. 1/2 small grapefruit ::36::
7. 1/2 C carrots with 1 Tbsp light ranch dressing ::45::
THIRST QUENCHERS
8. 1 packet sugar-free hot chocolate made with 1/4 C skim milk 3/4 C hot water ::47::
9. 3/4 C seltzer water with 1/4 C cranberry juice and a lime wedge ::33::
10. Homemade ices green tea (with artificial sweetener if desired) ::0::
CHEESY WHIZZES
11. 1 oz Mozzarella dipped in 1 tsp marinara sauce ::46::
12. 1 slice fat-free American cheese slice ::30::
13. 1 large tomato, sliced, topped with 1 Tbsp Parmesan, broiled ::44::
(Not as bad as it sounds...I don't eat beef, so at a wedding that was serving only London broil, I asked for the vegetarian meal. I was cracking up that they served me a tomato, but it wasn't bad!

14. 1 Laughing Cow Light Garlic & Herb wedge spread on cucumber slices ::35::
15. 8 grape tomatoes dipped in 1 Tbsp light cream cheese ::46::
CRUNCH AND MUNCH
16. 1 1/2 C sugar snap peas (YUM) ::40::
17. small celery stalk smeared with 1/2 Tbsp natural peanut butter ::49::
INDULGE A SALT CRAVING
18. 1 1/2 C salted air-popped popcorn ::46::
19. 1 pretzel rod ::37::
20. 1 kosher Dill pickle ::10:: (So you can really have 5!!)
SATISFY YOUR SWEET TOOTH

Ooh... thanks for posting!
They do sound good!! I never thought of using the skinny cow cheese on cucumbers... mmmmm... cause you can spread that wedge of cheese on at LEAST 6 slices of cucumbers!! better than crackers!! and you know what I have also realized??? That if you try to shorten the word cucumber with it's given letters.. it doesn't look to nice.. LOL LOL!!
