On Sunday we took Wesley and a few of his friends to Smitty's for his 9th birthday party! His birthday isn't until the 26th, but that falls during our April vacation and a lot of his friends head to warmer climates. We saw Monsters vs. Aliens which was adorable, funny, and totally a must see:) Even Lani was cracking up!
This weekend we are having family and friends over for his birthday. It's going to be in the 70's and absolutely beautiful here. I couldn't have asked for better weather! You just never know this time of year. One year it was snowing on the day of his party. We're having a BBQ and fire. I am sure a s'more will be consumed!

we love smitty's ( I still call it chunkys tho...) we were just there last week to see a Haunting in CT. we go there often..

ReplyDeleteI have a nephew with a birtday on the 26th too - it's a great day of the month to celebrate a birthday!(mine is on the 26th too - just in a different month!)
