stuck

I've made an appointment with my endrocronoligist! I've been following weight watchers, working my ass off and have stalled at 6-8 pounds. UGH! So damn frustrating!! I keep fluctuating and I know it's because my hormones are all out of whack again. If you don't know what I am talking about then you can head over to my PCOS blog to read all about it.
